So I just did my 14th shot on my own today, and I still have issues with needles.
This is the third time that I've injected, aspirated and no blood, but get blood right when I pull the needle out. It's enough to soak 1/4-1/2 of the cotton ball. I also feel a sting a lot more after this happens.
Is this normal? Is it possible to just nick a vein/capillary, but not inject into it?
I don't have any of the symptoms of actually injecting into the vein, but my anxiety makes it seem like it's going to happen.
