You need to have realistic expectations about your body. What do you feel is "guyish" about you?

Unfortunately hormones can only do so much. Unlike genetic women who started getting estrogen when they were going through puberty we are coming late to the party, often after testosterone has done a fair bit of structural damage. Most of us would be extremely happy with a body half as good as the one in that pic, but hips that wide and a waist that narrow are generally not in the realm of possibility. Likewise some trans women might actually end up with breasts like that but most won't. When we approach transition through HRT it is good to have a positive attitude but to avoid massive disappointment it also needs to be realistic.

Before surgery I was on hormones for almost 5 years and I still had a AA cup size. After 25 years of hormones I don't fill out a B cup. My lower body does look a little better as post surgically I did put some shape on the sides of my legs but my butt isn't anything to speak about. I started on hormones about age 25 and the best way to describe my figure after all these years is boyish. Some people have but I didn't.
