I saw the link to the "MtF Muscle Munchin' Diet". Seems pretty easy. I actually do waaaay more exercise than they're saying you should start out with.

When it comes to MTF weight loss the approach I put on my clients is based on a one-on-one call. I believe that weight loss and fitness needs to be personalized. Your nutrition and workout routine need to be congruent with your goal, current fitness level and timeline.
There are few things that help such as:
Working out first thing when you wake up burns larger amounts of fat. Since you sugar levels are consumed at night. The downside to this is having little stamina. So be sure to drink water, and monitor your body. Know when to stop.
HIIT cardio is the best way to burn fat an increase the epoc effect. High Intensity Interval training has been proven to burn more fat, even hours after you are done working out.
Add yoga and pilates to you routine. Both will increase flexibility, add grace to your movement, and essentially make your body shrink.
I am always available if you would like to talk in more detail.
