Title: Are online therapists useful if you're not looking for letters?

I only came to accept that I'm trans a couple of weeks ago. I am American but I currently live in europe, and the only therapist with gender expertise who speaks english nearby has a 2-3 month waiting list. I was in denial for a long time, so I'm still relearning how to trust myself. I'd like to be able to work this stuff through and figure out a plan of action before I return to the US in the spring. Would these online therapists be able to help, or are they more geared towards those who've already made a decision?
