Yikes! How exciting! Don't be afraid, they take really good care of you, the nurses that do the home visit checkups are brilliant. Sri has the most wonderful sense of humour. Your boobies are gonna hurt. Not gonna lie but, after a few days, they're fine :)

Isabelle what size boobs did chett recommended for you? I've heard he is always going for bigger.   

435cc  is what he recommended. I told him it didn't care about size, only shape. I'm happy with the outcome so far :)

Well Bootifulone only a few hours now until you set off to make all your dreams come true, I hope you have a lovely flight and I'll see you for breakfast on Tuesday :)

I went to my consultation yesterday & met chett for the first time. He is very nice & takes his time to explain to you the procedure. He asked me for my desired depth & boob size? And he said he'll do his best. I got to meet a couple other trans girls here. Everyone is very friendly & welcoming. My surgery is in two days!!!! #today I start my laxative pills & enama.

Hi Keri!  I'm scheduled for Jan.21. with Chett.  I plan to stay at the Rama cottages.  I will likely be on my way out as you are arriving.  Maybe we'll bump into each other in passing.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I lost about 5 lbs already lol I am so hungry but I am doing good. keep telling myself no u can't have food lol

I lost 5 kilos during the whole surgery and initial recovery process.It took a year for it to come back. And it needed to come back as I'm very slim. Plus some of it will have been lower limb muscle lost through inaction.

Yeah my weight loss comment was kind of sarcastic. I still have aching muscles from laying in a bed for about a month straight. I'm looking forward to when I can swim to try get my muscles fit again.... Not like I was very fit to begin with though.

Only a few hours until the big moment. Having gotten to know you really well in our chats before coming here and our adventures since we arrived I believe you've more than earned this moment.

Good luck and keep your chin up when the long hours of bed get hard. We'll all be rooting for you and looking forward to your return

Having both surgeries done at the same time is the hardest thing I ever. I was in so much pain. Back in the cottage and bed resting now.

It gets way easier, really fast. BA hurts... No denying it. Make sure you take you pain meds regularly. I remember thinking I'd made a bit of a mistake having top and bottom surgery together, while I was there on my own but, the discomfort goes away really quick. Just rest lots, and take your pills.

Thank u I will, everytime I stand up I feel like they're gonna fall off my chest lol. Not use to these heavy boobs. Thursday I have my package come off I can't wait.

The first week is pretty tough but, you'll be fine. I was up and about by the second week. Able to walk around and do everything. I was back at work 5 weeks after the op. The hardest thing is finding time for all the after care. Breast massage and dilating sucks.

I just want to add n independent view on this one, Firstly bootifulone is doing really well, She is coping with the pain as well as anyone could and isn't complaining much at all. They sent her back to the cottage with all the packing in place which never happened after my SRS and this severely restricts movement as I learned after my revision. Well done to you girl :) Secondly Dr Chett did a fine job and I am so impressed I am gonna be back next year for some boobies of my own :)

Packaging came off this morning, Sri insert a dilators in and told me I have 6 inches depth. I lighted up and smile!! Yay!!! Am happy with depth and result so far very swallow but it's beautiful. Chettawut is one great surgeon so happy I chosen him.

Yea, so happy for you... that is wonderful and having support there is so cool.. good luck during your recovery girl

Keep up with the pain meds. I don't like pain either.. When I had FFS I had to increase my doses for pain.. and the doc did not mind.. don't assume they wont give you better pain mngt.. do not be afraid to ask..

Talk to it with your doc but many surgeons recommend it... and people in sports too to help with bruisings...

and maybe you might use some cold (not freezing cold) water bags to help...

Clearly one of us is wrong  :o :o :o Before I wrote my comment she hadn't moaned at all for 2 days, I write it and the moaning begins :( :( I am sure she feels pain as she doesn't seem the sort to lie but she could have complained before I made a fool of myself. I've heard of people that get sick on tramadol and somehow manage on paracetamol only so I guess its not generally too bad.

I think the medication might be quite limited in Thailand once you're out of hospital. Codine is either banned or difficult to get, I can't quite recall. Tramadol's quite a strong pain medication, and from what I've read its as strong as you can get without running into significant risk of getting addicted quite quickly. However I believe you can take other pain killers with tramadol, like paracetamol and NSAIDs to enhance its effectiveness (asking the doctor of course). I like the way tramadol works, but it makes me a bit nervous as its extremely dangerous if you take too much or mix the wrong drugs with with it. I can only assume the stronger drugs are even worse.

I took tramadol after a knee operation and when I came off it got so sick.. that never happened for me when taking Oxycodone which I requested after FFS and Body shaping..
I work in the hospital so I like to be as comfy as I can.. Tramadol does nothing for me.. then I get sick.

The hospital and the Suporn clinic gave me three types of painkillers to use at my own discretion - tramadol, idarac and paracetamol.
I tried the tramadol only twice, and while it did what it was intended for it also gave me a strange half-dreamlike sleeplessness at night that was positively wonderful, but I decided that it was clearly messing with my head and stopped using it.
Idarac did nothing for me, so I tried it a few times and then stopped it.
The paracetamol has been strong enough for me all the time, I never needed more than half the allowed daily dosage, and I was completely off any painkillers three weeks after my surgery. There was still a little pain, especially during dilation, but I preferred being able to feel what I was doing so that I could avoid accidentally injuring myself.

Just in case anyone's interested here's some info about drugs available in Thailand. It's not directly on topic but you can work out what you can/can't get there or travel with.

As AnonyMs said no Codeine :) I have to admit I had no issues with Tramadol and it always kills my pain even after going home it worked well on my back. My partner Bernadette is one who has serious sickness issues caused by taking more than 1 a day. We are asking Chett what option she will have for other drugs. I am not sure he will tell us until we book her SRS.

I would recommend that anyone not happy to use Tramadol asks in advance what options they have :)

You'll be fine :) SRS doesn't really hurt that much. Theres a few bits that suck, like having drains removed but, it's over in seconds. Dilation for me was horrible to start with but it gets easier. I'm about 8 weeks post op and it's totally managable now.
Breast augmentation is another thing all together. That hurts. It hurts a lot to start with because of all the muscle trauma in your chest muscles. The exercises hurt. The first week it's hard to breath and use your arms. It gets better though. For me, tramadol and plain old paracetamol was enough to deal with it. As with everything, your attitude makes all the differnce.
To start with I was terrified Id made a mistake going alone for top and bottom surgery at the same time. I was lucky my lovely neighbour brought her amazing mother along. She did little shopping trips regularly and would pick stuff up for me. So, that was an enormous help.

I'm in Thailand each summer.My best friends are Kathoey.They are fun to hang out with. One of these girls recommended me Chettawut for a mamma augmentation and an orchiectomy. I will not be able to afford myself big,major surgery but I think his prices for orchie and ma are quite reasonable. Would also be great for me to see how he operates,.... and help in deciding wether I want him to do my final surgery or another doctor but that's something for later. For now hormones, this summer ma and orchie. Srs will come when I have the money. But I do share your excitement girls! Hope Thailand and the surgeon will be kibd to you and may you all have fun together when meeting up with each other over there.

Well I've been here nearly 2 weeks now this trip and I've met interesting and beautiful people not just Chett and his staff but my fellow inhabitants of Trans Alley. As this is Bootifulones thread and I am now sharing her Cottage I will especially praise her, Yes she has done allot of complaining about reconnecting nerves and breast pain but she is battling on and getting there, Her catheter is due for removal tomorrow which will help her allot I'm sure and her dilation seems to be going well. She hasn't complained about pain from dilation which is good.

Thank u Sorcha, yes catheter is off tomorrow!! Can't wait! I'll feel much better once that thing is gone. Lol 3th dilation got me scared for a min cause I bled a bit but come to find out its all normal. Thanks to SorchaC once again for always be there to help me get through this battle.

Dilation & massaging my boobs are both getting to be my top things to do each and everyday! Dilation 3 times a day and 20 mins × 4 for massage the boobies. But that's okay in the long run it'll all turn out great!!

As far as result Im loving my new pussy & boobs. Result are great chettawut did an awesome job I am so very pleasured. Both operation done in about 6 hrs cause I have no complications whatsoever. This show how good he is.

Aaarrrrggghhh the catheter! I hated that thing! I had to have mine in for 3 weeks! Was awful! It makes such a huge differnce when it's gone!

When they had taken out my catheter they told me to drink much water and prove that I was able to urinate on my own and without problems. They gave me two hours.

Well, it didn't quite work and my two hours were running out quickly. I desperately wanted to avoid getting the dreaded thing back in again.
In my distress I remembered that too much strong, black coffee had always quickly sent me to the restroom without fail. So I made myself two large cups of instant coffee with pouches I had hoarded during my week in the hospital, poured it down as quickly as I could, and changed my life forever!
Now I will never be able to complain about getting another catheter and how it hurt me, but then, you can't have everything in life...

Remember this evasive maneuver, it may save you some day.
BTW, cold feet also do that for me (send me to the restroom often), but you can not have those in Thailand ;-)

If you need a pee urgently just turn the shower on and listen to the running water. Works everytime for me :) I have to say when my catheter came out both times I've been here I was just left to it. I suppose if they hear the next day you haven't been yet they would look at you closer but Sr just removed it and left

BTW.. I had body shaping done and breast augmentation at same time.. My body shaping hurt so much that I never once had my chest hurt.. it was really weird.. to this day its just like they magically appeared.  Yea..

Can you tell me who did it and how much it cost please? If you don't wish to share here you have other options for telling me :) I need that and have had a quote from Chett for it which was reasonable but didn't include boobs. Seeing Bootifulones boobs I have to get me some for certain now  :)

I am a Z girl.. Dr. Zukowski did my face and body..  He charged 13000 U.S. dollars for the breast and body shaping.. I am sure Chett will be way less due to the exchange rate.... Find out how they treat the fat that is moved around... I basically did a butt lift.. and hips are really wide now.. I am sure they do a good job...

I've spoken to Dr Z on the phone he seems sweet but I won't post what he quoted for FFS. You're price for body sculpturing and BA is super good I must say. I may contact them for a quote. Chett is less expensive but his price doesn't include BA and he doesn't reposition the fat just removes it. Chett offers Butt implants but nothing for the hips.

After deciding on GRS in Thailand I started questioning if I did the right thing with other surgeries here.. I suppose since I am happy.. I made the right decisions..
I know there are many good doctors out there.. I will have to say.. Dr. Z did exactly what I wanted him to do.. I look CIS in every way now right down to the way my body moves when I walk.  I can wear tight cleavage showing clothing now.. even tight to the waist and butt.. I do however have a huge butt.. the Kardashians have nothing on me.. seriously LOL
