Hi I've been on hormones in 7 days 14 hours and 24 minutes (yes I'm counting ;) ), my breasts are more sensitive in the morning and they've grown and my face had changed. I'm on hormone patch and have been on hormone blockers in a month. I'm 16.
In gym, I was running and noticed for the first time my breasts was shaking a little bit and some boys annoyed me, but it felt good that they're grown. I think I just can fill a an AA. I'm really excited for the changes and how fast the nippele will be hard and sensitive.
<No dose please>

Yep, that's normal. I had breast buds and visible development (and jiggling running down stairs - ouch!) on day 5, and I'm quite a bit older than you are. Enjoy the ride! :)

Yeah I had skin changes and scent changes as well as breast pain in the first week.

The breast pain is only going to increase, lol. Find a sports bra to protect your little darlings! I thought my breasts hurt in the first two weeks, but that was nothing compared to what I felt at two months!
