Please define Cis-gendered male or female in as simple terms as possible

Cis-gendered is the opposite to trans-gendered.

They identify as their natal birth gender.

If you find it confusing, I'd suggest googling "transgender glossary" until you find one that works for you! I personally find glossaries very helpful, as the trans community has a lot of unique vocabulary. These days, I'm pretty fluent in "the language of gender," but we all have to start somewhere. Google is, in this case, my #1 resource.  :)
