Title: Breast Growth and Breast Augmentation

So! Some of you my have seen my previous posts on this topic. I've been on HRT for almost a year at this point (10 and a half months to be exact). My breasts, or lack thereof, still don't fill an A cup. I hit the breast budding stage about three months into HRT, but haven't moved much past that in the 7 months after, AND, in fact it often feels like my nipple sensitivity has diminished since that first round of growth.
My endo and I have tried different HRT methods to no real avail. We initially did straight up pills orally, then switched to subcutaneous injections, now I'm on a mix of intramuscular injections spread further apart and pills in addition (I'm referring only to my estrogen delivery method. I've been consistently taking Spiro orally this whole time). Since I switched to the IM injections, I do get breast aches the first few days after each injection, but then they go away. I've seen *some* renewed growth, but not much.
Anyway, I come from a long line of bottom heavy women who are small up top and quite well-developed in the butt/hip area. So I've kinda resigned myself to the fact that I am probably just not genetically predisposed for much of a bust. Luckily my butt and hips have reeeaaaalllllly responded to HRT... Like way more than I expected. The shape/size/proportion there is now completely female, so I'm happy about that.
Anyway, what I'm getting at is, I am going to Dr. Suporn for my SRS in about five months. I added breast augmentation to the docket of procedures to be performed. My only concern is that even though he inserts the implant under the muscle, that since I have so little natural breast tissue, that having really fake looking breasts will be almost unavoidable. Anyone on here with minimal breast development who got BA able to speak to this?

Thanks for bringing this up. I think a lot of us see minimal breast growth on HRT, but here are some of the things I've tried with success. Has anyone tried these or other ideas without resortinging to BA?
I also think it's worth mentioning that measuring breast growth over time is hard, and when you think growth has stopped, it could have just changed. You can measure the hemicircumference if you're well developed, or the around-the-bust measurement, but I don't know how to measure when you're filling out?
- Gain weight (ok, obvious).
- Get blood tests often to make sure your estrogen is in the normal range, and testosterone is suppressed.
- Add progesterone.
- Apply stimulation often (e.g. breast massage, a pump or latch-helper). This encourages prolactin too, I think.
- Take vitamins (e.g. a pre-pregnancy multivitamin with folic acid, iodine, biotin, etc.).
- Add fat and glycerin to your diet (which combine to form the fat in breast tissue).
- Avoid phytoestrogens (soya, flaxseed, coffee, etc.), which block-up estrogen receptors.
- Trigger more HGH production by exercising intensely, sleeping more, using HGH secretagogues, etc.

We've been considering adding in progesterone. My blood work has been great. Testosterone is super suppressed, like basically zero. Estrogen is actually quite high at this point, but that's cause we keep on raising it to try and get some breast growth. She said where I'm at now is the highest she'll go. I do breast massage. Taking those vitamins is def worth trying.

It may be that you are not genetically predisposed to get much development, but you haven't even been on HRT for a year yet which is equivalent growth for a genetic girl at age 13. Most of them wouldn't have more than you do now but presumably have a lot further to go. I know it is your choice to go for a BA but maybe consider waiting a little bit longer, at least to the two year mark.

Yeah, I mean genetics is genetics. I'm afraid a BA is your only option at this point pretty much. A lot of cis girls have small breasts.
You could try the P. I know it gave me some fullness right off the bat and I'm growing because of it. I'm pretty much into C territory now as my A cup just rides up and the B cup has a 1/2 inch gap on my chest. At least the bras I wear everyday aren't too expensive and I am not complaining about the growth. However I am genetically predisposed to big busts as my family has it pretty huge (mom is a DD and she's 5'1"). My cousins developed theirs early in puberty too.
Only caution is that the P has also caused some hip (fat?) growth for me, so if you have big hips already you may get more... dunno if you want that. I fell within the hourglass range before HRT and I pretty much am 0.70 WHR now with a definite concave curve at my waist. Size 6 jeans are too tight so I'm back to size 8 at the same weight (155lb). The P has helped in that regard.

Yeah I think I'm just not genetically predisposed. My mom is a B cup and my aunt who I actually take after in many ways even more than my mom, barely fills an A. She keeps on joking that she's still waiting for her boobs to come in too. The women on my dad's side are small chested as well.
But my question is concern over how natural/unnatural breast augmentation may or may not look with minimal natural breast tissue. Though I guess it is kinda irrelevant cause I don't know that I have *that* much choice.
And iKate, yeah I've talked to Zil about adding in progesterone. I like having hips and an ass haha, so I don't mind that growing as well even though it is already a nice size. She wants me to stick on my current regimen for three months before playing with anything else.

There is a site out there for cis women that has tons of info about breast augmentations with pictures submitted by surgeons. Some were flat as a board and went big. Some went to a proportional size. I think if you keep it proportional to the rest of your body it should look fine. However some guys have a "boobdar" and can spot fake breasts a mile away. But some guys like it. One woman asked me if mine were fake, I laughed so hard. I said no! She said I had a nice rack lol. So yeah even people can mistake real breasts for surgically implanted ones.

Well, when you've got the boobs of an 18-yr old in your 30's, people are bound to wonder, hehe. I'll be happy when I'm 50 and have the boobs of a 25 year old. LOL. :)

That will depend on how much of an enlargement you go for. The bigger the implants are the more phoney they will look, they will look too round and stick out in way that doesn't seem right.

I can remember 18 months + ago that I thought I would have good sized breasts. The new fatty tissue had developed over my large pecs and I was really excited. Then the muscles started disappearing and the fatty tissue of the breast that was left made me feel really less than an A. Today a year plus on the breast have been exibiting substantial new growth and i do have a full A. I know Dr Suporn but want to be sure that you opt for a teardrop shape which is best for small breasts. I'm only 5ft 7ins and 133lbs and I opted for a 260cc. The doctors all want you to have a larger one, its a kinda a thing with them.
I do take regular blood test say every 3 months or so but not to monitor the Estradoil level, which fluctulates greaty, but the other organ functions are constantly checked. I had tests where Estradoil results varing from 93 pg/ml to 792 pg/ml. All over the place but I don't notice any changes and remain happy and at peace. I have an endo, MD and therapist and they don't seem to worry.
Give it more time as mine only started to show real growth after 2 plus years on HRT.

Hmmmm 12 years on HRT, full 34 B... but no butt!
So do I buck the trends?
Thinking of hip and butt augmentation later! but being much older maybe the bottom end takes even longer that the top end did? Butt on the other hand my family line had smaller bottom ends!
Yeah still happy tho, and choose to wear flowing dresses or small waisted skinny jeans with longer looser tops
Katy xx

I'm 53, my lover just told me the other day "You have an amazing body and skin for a 53 year old guy....and the boobs of a 13 year old girl."
The number one reason for late transition: You gyp gravity out of the chance to ruin things!

I'm a double aa or a small b cup and had them since I was 13 and that's without taking drugs.I know if I went on hrt I would probably be a d cup. I'm blessed or cursed depends on how you look at it,I have a woman's body with a male appendage and got used too being different.
