Title: Feeling down because i was a coward

Today I went with my grandmother to a fashion show at her retirement village, I thought that I would be OK, that it would be all cloths for older ladies.
Then I saw the skirts, the were so fantastic, just what I wanted!
But I was too much of a coward to look for my size or try one on.
I'm feeling so upset with myself and feel like there is a block of ice in the pit of my stomach (although that could have been the egg sandwich).
Just needed to vent.
