I am getting my hair done in a couple days and I'm wondering if there is a good androgynous, feminine haircut that is possible with short/medium length hair but still have hair growing out.

Hi I have Just had my hair done in a Pixie Cut that can be easily brushed into a less feminine style if You have to .Not that I will ever do that now LOL

I like my pixie cut as well, but you can easily do something like an undercut and leave your bangs and fringe long.

I usually think of the emo style for an andro/fem haircut that won't get people asking you questions (if you're not out, that is)

Women's styles tend to grow over the ear, rather than cut around the ear in a kind of arc shape. Additionally, you'll see that women tend to have more emphasis and volume in their fringe.
