I am feeling very comfortable and very me as male...I am thinking I should cut my hair, as I want to pass better...I already have an appoint. in two weeks. Should I go through with this?

Agree completely!

You could do some really cool stuff with your hair to and I think you'd pass almost flawlessly then!

What sort of cut are you thinking of getting?
clippered sides (like #2 or 3) with very short spiky top with a bit of product in it (kind of like Lanes hair)? Or something a bit longer? I reckon if your going to do it might as well go the whole hog.

You will probably have a moment of regret as they cut it, simply because it has been that way for so long. I remember when I had my long hair cut short I was like NOOOOOO!! but after a couple days mourning my old hair I loved the easyness of it being short. Also you will feel like leaping about like a newly shorn sheep, it will be so light.

I honestly don't know what kind of cut to do? What are your suggestions?

With a bit of longer hair on top like the first pic you can style it like this anyway..

I prefer shaggy hair on people.  Like it's grown out a little and you're too cool to waste your time combing it.

We could do this 'scientifically' and see what Merricks lifestyle is like then suggest hair to match.

No, I don't play sports, but I do work out here and there.

I don't play an instrument, but I do sing.

I hang with the "unusual" people. In general I don't judge, I just hang....but if you had to ask, mostly guys, gay guys, and tom-boyish girls.


Music? Well I listen to 80's mostly. My favorite singers are Cher and the band Dead Or Alive.

Nope, not vegetarian, not vegan.

Nope. Public school.

If I were an animal? Probably a canine of some sort..maybe a wolf.

I wear baggy-ish dark clothing, a watch and a necklace.

I definitly prefer the first one. I think it looks good, though I do like the second one as well. Wait, I've changed my mind. I like the second, I think it would be a much more dramatic change.

I like the first one; I think it fits you really well. That way, if you decide you don't like it you can always go shorter.

I like the longer hair'd  picture.  In the end, if you don't like it that long and in your eyes from time to time you can always cut it off and do the other haircut too. 

Somehow, to me, the second one looks better.

I think you could do worse than the "frohawk" look. (Third pic.)

That said, let me tell you what I thought when I saw your picture. Since you had long hair, I thought you were trying to pass as *female* instead of male. I was thinking Oh, geez, how is he ever going to look like a girl? Then I thought, Wait a minute... *pause while I scroll down and feel like a fool*

This has actually happened with one or two other Susans members...I guess the maleness/femaleness just shows right away...
