I get this constant back pain
with out binding from hunching slightly in order to help or at least try to conceal my chest.
I do bind but at work I cant
I have tried to better my posture by it makes me feel worse
Hmmm
any one else have similar problems

YES. It's awful. I thought I had a joint disorder at first because of how bad everything hurt. You can hear my back crack with every push up in the morning. Murder me.

Yeah I'm pretty much resigned to being Gollum until I get rid of my chest.
I do yoga occasionally to try to stretch it out - there are a few simple stretches for backs you can probably find on google. I'm also trying to strengthen my back muscles because I've heard that helps.

Needless to say I don't bind but I have pulled back muscles and once injured they hurt like the blazes and are very slow to heal because often you find yourself using the muscle slowing the healing process. If you pulled a back muscle, expect a month or two before it's back to normal. Try to avoid any activity that causes you to feel the pain until the muscle has recovered. They have back support garments that might offer some help depending on which muscles you pulled and the male cut garments could provide some binding effect.

It won't get fixed until your top surgery and you stop wearing a binder. After my surgery I went to a chiropractor and got my back fixed.
