Title: Chest hair!!

I have a few chest hair but lately I'm seeing them increasing!! They give me super dysphoria and I can't get over it! Now I'm preHRT. What should I do? Should I wax or shave? Should I expect some results from hrt? Hrt will make them fall out even without shaving or waxing?

HRT made most of the hair on my chest and legs disappear. For now waxing or plucking will keep them gone longer but shaving works too.

I agree - seeing chest hair certainly sets of the dysphoria.
But glad to hear that HRT does have an impact on it.
