Hi, my name's Richelle, I'm a n00b obviously. I just have some questions regarding HRT and any info would be appreciated.
I've been taking Spiro since August and added Estradiol with it. So far I've just noticed some emotional changes and physically my right nipple is kinda sore and hard, the left hasn't really had any change, is that normal? That kinda scared me cause I thought like, only the right one is going to develop. My skin got much clearer and a bit softer too.
Also, I keep hearing about Pregestorone and that it's used to shape the breasts. My doctor didn't prescribe me that or tell me anything about it. Should I be taking that also, or do I have to wait until my breasts actually develop? Or does it not matter?
Finally, I take my Spiro and E orally. I assume that's fine? Would it be better to take them closer together or just all together?
Thanks! And I apologize if any of these questions have been asked a lot already :]

I am on a similar med routine and it has worked out fine. Asymmetrical development is not unheard of and pretty natural and, in the end, they should be similar in size.
As for progesterone, that is something better left to be discussed with your doctor.
