I would like to extend an American tradition to all members of Susan's. I am grateful for all of you. I'm thankful for your presence here, for your support for each other, and the wonderful experience of enrichment. You are all gifts to this world. Please accept my gratitude.

I liked that Cindi. That right there was the sweetest thing I have heard all day. Especially after my pops called me a name this morning already because I told him I would check some food later in the fridge to see if its spoiled or not and not when he wanted me to while he is in the kitchen makin' smoothies so I do not get in his way and piss 'em off. He forbids me to cook while he is away. Don't ask me why, cause he only tells me, "Cause I said so." Even though his wife set his stove on fire once and threw water on it causing it to blaze even more and had to be told to use baking soda to put the flames out. A grown, 40-somethin' year old woman caused his stove/oven to catch on fire and is allowed to cook whenever she pleases and not me, who has never did such a thing even when I first started cooking at age 12. Total BS! >:( Yeah, hard to be thankful when living with a butt crack of a man who is supposed to be your father. But I am trying to be. Its the only way I can keep goin and stay even remotely sane. And to lock myself in my room all day. I'm gonna lose a whole lot of weight......

Oh, yeah, sorry Susans, for ranting my head off here. Its either I do that or scream it to myself to my hideous reflection in my mirror. God, I hate life right now. When will it ever improve or at least just come to an end? :'( :'( :'( :'(

King Phoenix, I know that everything feels like it will never improve but I do promise you it does get better. Everyone one of us has hard our ruff moments and we have had to move through them whether we wanted to or not. Hang in there and it will get better before you know it. Happy Thanksgiving. Hugs

Thank you Cindi.  Susan's is one thing I am especially thankful for both many years ago and now, especially when my emotions are all over the place.  Thank you everyone for being family!

I know I sometimes sound like the best party pooper out there, but I do sincerely hope that everyone here had at least an ok Thanksgiving like I did. If not, ok, than I hope it was good. If not good, then great!^^ I hope it only gets better, never worse.
