Title: First days of HRT
Post by: zazh95 on November 27, 2015, 10:23:34 AM
I'm on E and AA. I'm 20 and is the second day on therapy. Is it possible to notice already some tiny sensitivity on the chest and some breathlessness or fatigue? Or is it just psychological suggestion?  ???
Anyway I'm super happy!!! ;D

You can't list the dosages as per the rules of this board. Please remove dosages.

Congratulations  :)

Its possible.
And it might be a psychological craving :)

Instead of progynova you might ask for bioidentical micronized estrogen.
Its possible to take it sublingually, which is supposed to be less straining on the liver and less causing clotting effects.
its also bioidentical which should lessen side effects.

Additionally it might be an idea to split the daily dose in a few small doses to keep levels more steady and avoid spikes and lows, which might have an effect on mood.

And you might look here:
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,199480.msg1774230.html#msg1774230

Because people react differently to dosages and possible misuse you might remove dosage, or a mod will be removing them.
Its possible to talk about blood levels, lab results etc. Just no exact dosages. What you are taking can be listed.

Oh and hello and welcome  :)

*hugs*

You can write what you are taking, just not the dosage.
It might be a subject of discussion.

Well, congratulations again  :)

Its possible you get a feeling of a bud developing under your nipples... and maybe later some kind of soreness  :)

hugs

Each of us is different, so who is to say.?

I felt an internal change within a couple of days, a serenity as the AA started to work its magic.  I am older, I will admit, and physical sensations took about 3 weeks to start to become obvious.  Again, no way to know what you are experiencing.  For sure, enjoy each moment as they are with you like this only once and each will be a special memory.

It took a week for me to start getting fatigued on spiro. It's better now after almost four weeks. But for a couple of weeks it was kind of rough.

I've heard people say that they have had that happen but my personal experience wasn't that quick.  I didn't notice any breast development until around 3 months but I was on a low dose to start and everyone is different.

Either way, congratulations on starting!  :)

After eighteen days my chest is starting to hurt. If something hits me in my left breast it really hurts. Just starting to see a hint of breast growth now.
