"15-year-old will balance sports, school, and family in 8-episode sophomore run
TLC has renewed "I Am Jazz" for an 8-episode second season, TheWrap has learned.
In 2016, the cable reality show will continue to follow 15-year-old Jazz, a transgender teen who has become an advocate."
