The before was 10 years ago, but I looked the same way up until recently...only FATTER...

No, I havent gotten to that yet. Its a bit scary for me and not easy to get done here in the smalltown midwest
I am doing this:
I drink about a quart of soy milk everyday, I eat 2 tablespoons of flax seed a day, I eat flaxseed bread. Those 3 things are reported to have the ability to somehow boost estrogen... are they? I have no idea...people say no way, but I see a difference. My guess is I am a bit intersexed with real low testosterone and the little bit of help these things are doing are just tipping the scales enough to make some changes. But who knows?

Ive had a huge forward push today, I dont know why other than He and Her had a little chat last night and He told her "let that ->-bleeped-<- out"

I do want to say that I dont know what your thoughts of the pics or progress are, but I feel fantastic today and am loving myself and the way I look today.
I think I look great and Im not being conceited, or at least I am trying not too be. I cant remember ever saying that about myself and it feels great. If you told me one month ago that I would be putting pics on the web, Id have laughed.
I struggle every day with issues that we all deal with, and Im nothing special, If I can do it anyone can do it. Just tell yourself you will and believe in yourself. It took me time to deal with it and Im just sticking my head out now and yes, its scary, but trust me... it gets easier and does so quickly. Im only out to a few people and have only been out of the house a few times. Ive been trying to get healthier, slimmer and more confident by getting my look together.... Im getting close and wanting to be FREE! ;D
And thank you all for your help and support, I hope I can share something to help someone on their way too

Yes, I admit I have some photoshop magic dust sprinkled on the afters, an enhancing plugin named portraiture, however the one above this post has not been sprinkled with anything

I wish it was easier for me to get started on hormones, I just seem to run into roadblocks here, I even searched for therapists in the nearest big city and called 2 who told me they dont do that even thought they are listed as TG therapists
