"LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) — A Laramie County school district has drafted policies to address the needs of transgender students, including barring the disclosure of a student's gender identity and allowing them to participate in sports."

Like the recent story posted about the change in the Princeton (N.J.) schools, I'm not sure how this is different from the policies of any other of thousands of small town school districts across the country.
