I think so but nothing specific. I was browsing around other websites a few months ago and ran across a report of a voice surgery in that areas of the country missing a few facts. The surgery was preformed while the patient was awake so the voice could be adjusted on the fly. From the account, the surgeon reverse engineered the surgery from a description of a another doctors procedure. The description from your link sounds like the surgery is CTA and that would match with the account that I saw on the other site. As what I saw was old, I don't know if the doctors is doing VFS now or if he is still sticking with CTA alone.

Oh great. LOL, well he claims to basically have invented his own method that no one else uses - if its CTA thats pretty much nonsense...

Yes he does the CTA. A girl I watch on YouTube did the surgery with him, she sounds very very good actually. But some of the other samples on his website sounded a bit unnatural and too high....
