Title: breast pain and not even 1 month on skittles.
Post by: rachel89 on December 23, 2015, 08:18:05 PM
So I have been on the full HRT regimen wince Dec. 11, 2015 (I was taking spiro for over a month, my psychiatrist just gave me a scrip as kind of a harm reduction/hassle saving thing). Anyways, the girls were not happy today and let me know by deciding to achy all day at work. Is this too quick, or is it relatively normal considering my previous spiro use.

I had real growing  pain since day 17 until breast buds were Fully developped ( 2 inch diameter ) however I am not having growth for 5-6 week . They are often very sensible just nothing visible happen . So yes breast pain on 1st month is possible and normal

I started noticing things around the three week mark. I'd say you're doing fine.  :)

Hugs, Devlyn

Yep, that's totally normal. Don't expect it to stay like that, the pain will ebb and flow over the coming weeks and months. Your chest will become very sensitive to sudden bumps - so look out for hugs, doorways and random kittens...

I had a lot of sensitivity and pain in the first few days actually. Now I just have sensitive nipples. My pre-HRT lab results showed that I had estrogen levels already over 200, so I'm not sure if that's why I am seeing some of the results that I am seeing.

Last couple of days have been really bad for me too. There were some feelings within the first week but things seem to be kicking off now.

It's nice to know something is happening but wow this is a bit more painful than I was expecting!

Last night I rolled over on my tummy and it woke me enough to remember it. I don't feel it unless I am touching them or get bumped though. Did both sides start at the same time?

Just for educationnal purpose,  this is after 2.5 month HRT ( to show you what is possible)

I thought nothing was happening for the last 5 week but when i squeezed my boobs this morning i had a surprise lol. My pectorals were converting into breast tissues thats what was happening. They are still small but i have big hopes for the next month to have visible changes

It can spike like that suddenly.

48 hours after my last implant was placed, I had extreme discomfort around my nipples and aureoles.   Felt like someone had placed dry ice over them and it went for about 2 days.

I shifted to implants at the two year mark as I had enough of popping skittles every day.  I've ended up with higher levels than I really want given my situation, but the fact that I'm off spiel altogether, and the convenience, seem to make up for it.

My breasts themselves started hurting within 3 days. My nipples started hurting at 2 weeks and still get more sore each day n I'm at 4 1/2 weeks.

I started getting pain within the first week.  I am on IM injections.  I had pretty steady growth and was a small A cup at 6 months.  I elected to get BA at 6 months at the same time I was getting FFS.  They are still sore at 9 months and still growing.  I was a small C post BA and I am a full C now.

I also had breast pain within the first week. For me breast growth started quickly and then slowed down. I was a B cup by 3 months.. it took another 9 months to reach C.. Almost another year to reach D after that..

There were days my breasts were very sore.. my nipples were super sensitive almost all the time in the first 3 months.. then when my growth slowed down, the pain came and went.

Still today... almost 6 years of hormones there are days my breasts fill sore, apparently cis-women also have times when there breasts are sensitive or sore.

I was told my doctor, growing breasts is not for wimps.
