Title: Euphoria - Free at Last!
Post by: Adena on December 25, 2015, 01:33:50 PM
Any of you have this kind of experience?

I know it's unlikely to be like this all of the time, but since I been able to find my long-dormant feminine self I just been having a lot of fun in life. This is true even though I can only express my feminine self in very small ways right now (perhaps I'm bi-gender which would make it easier to live with such things, but I am also increasingly wanting to express my feminine self.) For now, I'm just really enjoying being more feminine in how I relate, for example, essentially engaging in girl talk with other women. I don't mean by that specifically girl-only things but just sort of relating and chatting in a more feminine fashion. Somehow I'm becoming more open and even bubbly at times (an adjective I Never would have applied to myself in the past.) It's almost like hrt kicking in - at least as I imagine it might affect me since I haven't had any yet. And I'm seeing men and women respond and connect with more than I am used to. Could it be that I'm not really meant to be an introvert like I've been most of my life? Just wondering if any of you can relate to this kind of experience.

When I went to a gender conference for my first time ever in public which included The Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta, I was what only can be described as euphoric.  In fact, I was so euphoric for about six months I'm surprised my wife didn't smother me with a pillow one night.

The first time I went out in girl mode was a bit scary at first but was ultimately very euphoric. So much so I couldn't wait to repeat it, and did several times in the following weeks. So much so I ended up bringing my transition date forward a whole four months!

Yes, definitely. Me, me, me. People who have known me as quiet, buttoned down, and reserved, have remarked that the heard me talk more in the few months after my transition than I had the entire first 50 years they knew me.

I don't go out in girl mode openly very much at the moment but when I do I feel great, it's only that I'm nowhere near passable yet that stops me. As For talking my boss says i already talk like a woman, lol. So yes i get where you are coming from.
