Title: Pain, irritation, worst moments in your SRS - Suporn or in general

Pulling the caterer out, anesthesia injected through the lower back, enema prior to the surgery, dilation, removing the stitches, nausea after many hours of anesthesia... what was your experience with the following and if not listed, what was YOUR most horrible experience?
I have read one seemingly easy recovery of one suporn-girl here, and I just dn't think it'll be that easy...
Let me know of your worst moments, what should I prepare for and expect
Also, it may be an urban legend, supposedly if you get sexually aroused whilst still recovering it will cause pain and bleeding? anyone had any issues? thanks a lot

I don't think its a particular good idea to look at the worst. There's some pretty bad stories out there, including from Suporn. Normally it seems to be quite tolerable.
The bit about arousal is true, I've read lots of people posting it. Here's one

For me, the worst pain was by far having bladder spasms from the catheter. (And that was quickly addressed with some oxycodone for 1-2 days before it came out.) The rest was, while not easy, not bad at all. It's certainly possible to also have not-worst-case scenarios. :)

The worst was the days in the hospital post-op when my doctor didn't want me moving around. My muscles kept cramping up and it was really uncomfortable.
The only really painful moment was when the surgeon pulled the drain out, but it lasted less than a second.

I was having to calm myself down when I had the packing in so I didn't 'O' , or at least I thought I should, my surgeon just said yes you will be feeling all sorts of new things when I asked him about it.
for me Nausea was bad, being on the bathroom all night before surgery was bad. Worse bit was dilation early on. Oh and I had lost feeling in my fingers for 2 days

Honestly even though my recovery was in all honestly smooth without issues I did hit a low state on the 13th day post surgery. I don't know if it was the stress and early pain of dilation, the constant vaginal cleaning or something else but I did seriously consider stopping it on that day. Fortunately I persevered and felt back to my old self the next day but that day was a black one for sure.
Plus now when I think I only dilate once every 2 weeks with zero hassles it makes you think just how much easier it gets. You just got to grit your teeth and live with it because eventually it all works out.

I know it's gonna be very painful, uncomfortable but it's only temporary.. I already twitch at the pain ugh

From what I've read most people don't find SRS very painful. It seems relatively uncommon, although there are certainly some.
Suporn patients do have a significantly longer recovery than those from surgeons who practice penile inversion. Worth it in my opinion.

Yeah, on a scale from "stubbed toe" to "sprained ankle," GRS was closer to the less painful end. ;) The ankle, now, that I almost passed out from the pain.
I expected it to be super painful, too, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Suporn gives patients morphine, so probably not to much to worry about pain wise.

The most common problem I've heard from Suporn girls is painful dilation in the months following SRS, and its not particularly common. There's a few other problems but they very rare.
If you don't dilate properly for whatever the reason you're going to get a bad result. Dilation is really important with Suporn's technique, more so than others I think.
I've done a lot of research, and I don't think I've ever heard of anyone having serious pain in hospital with Suporn. I have heard of it with other surgeons, so perhaps they are fairly generous with the painkillers in Thailand.

I only had panadols, though they never said if they were forte, plus or regular. They gave me an oxy on day 5 because of wrong mould causing me problems and I remember that pill just wiping me out for around 6 hours. Morphine slows recovery I think I was told the reason being.
Looking it up on google it makes you more prone to infections. The pain wasn't that bad anyway. Think I said 7/10 after waking up from surgery and it went down each day after that fairly rapidly.
Scrotal vagina graft is a lot more troublesome, I have the interesting perspective of having a hybrid. I used suporns dynamic dilation as it was just better at breaking up scar tissue. I've heard people that had sex with a lot of post ops say Suporn girls were always very tight compared to others. It makes sense to me due to the different skin behaviour.

What's Suporn's dynamic dilation?
