Title: Who would be best surgeon in my case

Hello, i want my FFS done as soon as possible. However i am unsure on who would be the best to do what i need.
I want forehead type 3, rhinoplasty, (Edit) : bone that cover my eyes removal , hairline lowering, lip augmentation. Thats pretty much all i need considering i am so early with hormones too.
I want to ask the surgeon to give me more ressemblance with megan fox/ marie mai because WITH hairs and makeup, i have a good starting point
I am from canada/Quebec. I heard dr. Bensimon is doing a good job but there isnt much before/after pictures so i am afraid that he isnt that much experienced.
I have about 14000- 16000$ i can spend without having to borrow money, but if i have to spend a little more for better result i will.
Who do you recommend me?

Honestly, we will need pictures from different angles (particularly full frontal, 3/4, and profile), no makeup, relaxed expression, hair tied back to make a proper assessment.

None of us here can tell you exactly who is the best surgeon for you, of who you should choose, because that along with using different techniques, also very much depends on their aesthetic sense, and your aesthetic preferences. You might like the results of one surgeon more than of the others, but it is on you to discover that.
That's not the best idea... The aim of FFS is usually to reverse masculine effects of puberty, and feminize your features in most natural way possible (to look like if you had started with hormones at 11 or 12). Intentionally aiming to achieve resemblance (to anyone) might not be in correlation with achieving your most natural look, or could result in less than ideal result in terms of passing/blending.
Starting with having a personal consultation with dr. Bensimon might be a good idea, especially if you don't live too far away.
You remind me a lot of Jannicke from this forum who had her FFS in 2015. Very similar in a way of which procedures would benefit you.
Seeing a lot of other photos from other threads, I think you should seriously consider malar cheek implants. Definitely smaller and frontal-only. Just a thought.

You have a good starting point, and I think you are spot on with what you want done, the only other suggestion I would make is an osteotomy (bone removal) between your eyes, and that will raise the appearance of your radix (where the bridge of your nose joins to the bone between your eyes), as it looks very low in your profile picture. As far as surgeon recommendations, I don't know of any in Canada, and I have no idea how much they charge, but I had everything you want done here in the US, and I paid over 20k in 2007; I chose a surgeon in my area, so I didn't have any travel costs, which is something that you might have to factor into your budget. Best wishes :)

Am i to optimist and unrealist?
More realistic expectation would be that you would look similar to your sister. If you don't have one, your mom (at similar age) will probably be next best comparison, if you inherited a lot of facial aspects after her side (not fathers).
If you look at Mrs Fox for example, she has have quite projected upper face, in a way little similar. But if you want to achieve most feminization and most naturally feminine result as possible, the upper face, especially forehead set-back, will be the key for you. That means you won't have any upper face resemblence to her as you might see now.

Thank you .. Feeling so depressed right now . Taking those pictures made me realise that I dont look feminine a bit and my feminine look is comming from cosmetic only . I feel like my dreams to be a pretty woman are fading away I look masculine so much . Looking like A trans after transition would resume in another failure in my crappy Life . I should have killed myself it would have been much less problems ... :'(
I dont get people telling me I am pretty and that I have many feminine features when its false . I look like Shrek . What is making my face feminine because honestly I dont see any feminine features up there

You are definitely among those trans women who have really good starting point! Keep in mind you have just recently started taking hormones.. you can't expect a miracle in couple months.

Thank you for trying to be kind . People Tell me i am pretty and that HRT Will change me by pity toward me .I know I am ugly and Will never look like A cis . I Will only be a passable transwoman ( I should be happy about this because some Will never pass , but im not happy). I hate being trans 😢 And I dont want to stay one . I saw so many timelines and I never saw someone with manly face become beautiful , we can always Tell she used to have male face . I Dont want this . The only really passable transwomans of my age I saw allready had feminine face/features before HRT or they spent tons on surgery . I dont have either so I am game over allready .

Hey Archlord, don't be so discouraged! After years of HRT its almost impossible not to pass. With many years of HRT on top of FFS I'm sure you will find yourself awestruck. Try not to worry about how you look like right now, as you're still very early in your transition. Many girls who seek FFS wait around a year or so of hormones to do their magic, but if your dysphoria is that bad that's understand. If you sort of want to get an idea of what you may look like, you can consider a virtual FFS consultation as well. Just remember beauty is all about perception as well. We all may not end up looking like Megan Fox, but we all discover our beauty through self acceptance.

From looking at your Avatar + your signature you allready look like A woman .and no HRT yet . Exactly what I mentionned above . You can expect to be beautiful , I cant .
Self-acceptance is total crap to my eyes . I Will never accept to look like A men , I am not one . No one should accept that . Id rather be dead.
on top of that my parents disagree with my decision to do FFS they Tell me I am going to get disfigured and some other crap .. I am not getting any help from them. Im not feeling good . I explained them how much dysphoria it add to me and how unbearable it is to look at me in A mirror but they dont understand like about whole transition . I told them I am about to take an hammer and break my forehead , nose bones so they have no other choice to repair it . Thats how bad my dysphoria is

I just took anxiety pill to calm myself.. Yeah I agree that my face Will change a lot from HRT ( cheeks and jaw) thats the reason why I am not doing any fat augmentation surgery . My upper face Will not change at all , sorry I dont believe it as its pure bones .that is my main dysphoria source since im young when I see perfect nose and flat forehead on others . I cant stand pinnochio anymore

Hi Archlord
I think if you do anything you live in Canada so I would probably stay up there some were. The surgeons around here in the US all want so much money it is scary.

Hi,
PM Jennygirl. She is the best one on this site that I know about. She just isn't around much anymore.
Brow bossing and lip lift. No fat transfer. Stop and heal. Then, do hair to cover the scar and drop the forehead down.
Hugs
Jen

I know, being transgender sucks and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. But honestly you are young and you have time. I'm just starting out on HRT this month and I'm almost 40, my skin is horrible and I already have a bad nose job to fix. Here's what I'm doing: I'm going to get FFS ASAP despite what others say, because being passable is esential to starting to feel good about ourselves. Just do bone work and let the hormones take care of the fat distribution!

Hiya and Happy New Year.
I fully understand how you feel right now, all of us at some point in our lives have felt desperate for one reason or another.
Not trying to be a martyr but have you read my FFS story here:
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,199847.0.html
Last year I even considered detransitioning because of all of this.
Here 6 months on and my friends and I just laugh at the thought of me trying to look like a man or act like one but it just goes to show the pressures and stresses we girls go through.
I would not wish our condition on my worst enemy but hang on I just might ... LOL ... ;D
Kiddo, you will get through all this and emerge as the butterfly you will become, I guarantee that providing you remain strong and remember we all here to support you.
Hugs

You have something money can't buy: female eyes. Sure, surgery can can open up and feminize the surrounding areas, but your eyes in and of themselves, their gorgeous shape and large size, is distinctly feminine. After FFS they'll be all anyone looks at!

Best of luck with everything and please keep us updated if you decide to go with Dr. Bensimon. I only recently discovered him and he seems quite capable. I wonder if there are some members who've had their forehead done with him.

HI.
If I may be so bold to say...
You are already pretty.
I agree with the others, you should (and girl I know how hard it would be) wait. Wait to see what HRT does to your face.
When I started, I was very MANLY looking...very. In fact, it caused soooo much depression. I had to put that aside, since I was taking care of a very sick relative. I kept taking my HRT pills no matter what. I took pictures almost every week in hopes of seeing more of the woman I was. It most certainly didn't happen over night.
Now almost 5 years later, I shed my Alpha male self and even without FFS I pass. I've never had any issues.
Am I going to get FFS? Sure, but now I'm actually glad I waited (easier said than done). My face changed so much that one of the surgeons I was talking to said it was best to send him new pics since he noticed some quite significant changes to my face.
I understand that for many, it's needed and for some it's more for their own self...who doesn't want to be pretty?
I would also recommend maybe talking to a therapist. It did wonders for me. I knew that my dysphoria was so bad that maybe I wasn't seeing things right. Meaning, I was soooo critical that I was amplifying things on my face. This is of course me, you might be different. My brow (in my eyes) felt like a Neanderthals. My lips were not as full and my nose was like a clowns ...or so I thought. What I learned through therapy was to love myself first, with or without a new face...and I did. Now, several years later, I am happy with what I have, AND now I'm ready for FFS. Plus, I don't need all the work I thought I would have. Sure I'm saving money, but I also saved myself and I'm happy.
I hope that your journey is a beautiful one.
:)
