Hi. I'm looking for a body spray that smells very feminine and not like baby powder. I am using Secret ReFresh Romantic Rose and it smells very good but doesn't seem to last. Any suggestions? Also does our natural scent change after HRT?

 i am using Byly sensitive stick with no odor  then i use a perfume.    My body odor has changed/ almost dissapeared and i am sweating way less since HRT

Thanx I'll look into that one and I can't wait for HRT to take effect.

I use Axe Anarchy for her pretty much every day.  I also have a few different ones from Bath and Body Works that I use from time to time but the Axe definitely stays with me longer.

And to answer your question, yes.  My scent did change with HRT.  :)

I use pure mineral salt deodorant with no door and then a perfume of my choice :)

I like Shower Fresh scent from Degree, not too strong and doesn't clash with any other scents that I have noticed.

Currently i do secret in the vanilla scent but i change around a lot. Interestingly another result of HRT was no longer a need for anti-perspirant forms - deodorant along does it for me. I use to have to buy the combo in the past.

No one ever really mentioned I would not stink once starting HRT.  I am so beyond shocked that I really really don't smell at all.  Except for down there....'Do you sometimes get that not so fresh feeling?'
No really I don't use any deodorant at all, ever! 

Does perfume count as body spray?  If so Dior Poison (original) is what I use.

As for eau de toilette I currently go with L'Occitane  "Thé Vert & Bigarade" - it is actually considered unisex, but I like it cause those extra sweet fragrances are really not cut for me. It starts with green tea aroma and then changes towards orange (fruit, not colour, lol) :).
For deodorant, it is french Vichy (stick).

I don't stink at all now. I still use secret stick deodorant.

Much much less....  Like not at all....  Removing body hair really helps with this too.  HRT took care of most of it but there are still a few left that needs shaved once in awhile.

Another thing I noticed after starting HRT is just how bad some mens' B.O. really is!  O......M......G.....  some of them can really take your breath away!   :o

Some men, on the other hand, smell really really REALLY (really) good now too.  That part was a surprise for me.  :)

Totally agree with that men smell much different to me now. Oh the wonder of biology.

I'd leave the scents to body lotion and perfumes. Body lotion and shampoo will give you that fruity girly scent, perfume will give you that evening alluring scent.

Dove gentle exfoliating bar soap, and on occasion Lady Speed Stick. It's a light scent and won't be overpowering. In my opinion, no scent is the best place to start. Otherwise you're going to have too much going on; as if you ran the gauntlet through the perfume Isle and lost.

Yes, your body chemistry (odor) will change, and your sense of smell will become a bit more sensitive. Additionally, those fragrances will smell differently on you as your body changes. So best advise is that you don't get the giant bottles of perfume right off.

I use olay fresh outlast body wash and I smell great all day. And I do agree some guys stink!

I noticed after shaving my armpits, that the smell almost vanished after a few weeks of shaving. And I am not on HRT yet. Hair can smell horrible soo easily

Old school Secret, but its TOTALLY smells like Baby Powder (heaven).   ;)

I have been using Secrete too and does smell nice. Sure does a white number on the sides of bras though.

My favorite at the moment is FDS Spray in Extra Strength (not cuz I need it) I tried all of them and each has a different flavor.... that was the one I prefer. To me it has a nice fem scent and I use it other places as well. I also use Axe Anarchy body spray at the moment. I use Degree antiperspirant for pits, I use Shower Clean for "male days" and Sheer Powder  for girl days. I also use Dove Sensitive Skin Nourishing body wash

Ive noticed a drastic change in my scents... my pits went through a strong phase, but then just changed to nearly nothing.

Biggest change was "down there", it smells like what I remember girls smelling like. The last couple weeks I have found that lets say I "get the job done"....... as a man I would have to shower and wash thoroughly or it would smell badly after an hour or horrible overnite. Now I can "finish" ....just wipe off and hours later or next morning its still fresh and smells fine. And I still have "release" if you will, but its different than it used to be.

Does Summer's Eve 'Ultra' Deodorant Spray count?  Smells nice for those long not so fresh days.

Secret, Va-Va-Vanilla for deodorant.  Last all day and has a nice scent that I like.  It also works for my chemistry.  I wear Gaultier II as my scent.  One spray is all I need and all my girlfriends like it a lot.  Signature scents for me, these.

As for sweating, ladies perspire.  HRT shrinks the pores and instead of sweating in beads or drops, one tends to develop a sheen.  Also, odor becomes a non issue after about a month of Estrogen.  I can go two weeks without bathing and no one complains at all!  Okay, seriously...my yoga class mates have all independently remarked that I always smell fresh, even after an intense class.

For the record, I shower daily.  I use a hemp oil/peppermint soap followed by a fruit body wash.  I use a coconut based shampoo and conditioner.  The after shower smells quite tropical!

Forgive me if I second something already said above. What I am using is simple crystal deodorant that doesn't have particular smell (no parfume in it), but is made of salts that kill the bacteria. The bacteria are the reason armpits smell. So, that is just salts in there, should be safe for use, compared to deos with additives. It is sold as a single solid chunk of nicely brushed crystal, embedded in a bottle:

Application... I put a little water on it, then rub into my armpits. Then I leave it to dry, before I put my clothes on. It doesn't save you from showering, but once sweat comes, it kills the smell. I need to have it with me just in case I sweat again. In that case, I'd remove the sweat in a restroom using available paper, and apply the deo again.

Here is another very good part. A single chunk of crystal I got lasts me longer than a year yet. That makes me wonder am I using it the right way. Anyway, it works for me. The salts are also sold as a solution, but after trying one, I really prefer crystals.
