Title: Uhm....... wet "down there"

Ladies, I am going for my second lot of gender surgery this year ( i had a BA already ) and I had a question of a somewhat personal nature. My girlfriend and i go for spontaneous sex fairly often and I was hoping to be on the receiving end of this aspect of our relationship once i'm post op. Uhm how can i say this, is there any chance of sex (clit stimulation) post op without having to have a tube of lubricant at hand? I know that the post op vagina does not get wet like a natal one but are we talking dry as the vast deserts of the Sahara. Or will I have something to work with.

My surgery was a far different vintage than yours but even I have a small amount of moisture down there. I know it sounds strange but I have never been sexually stimulated so I can't say for sure but I think it depends on how physical you are. If you are gentle you should be able to get by without lubricant but if you want to be active, I would recommend a tube of lubricant. As far as the vagina, it depends on the procedure and the after surgery care. Some procedures self lubricate to the point where you don't need anything additional and others self lubricate a small amount.

In my case, as long as there's a bit to start with (oral or a few drops of lube) once you get to the point of O, it will be very slippery once you had that chance of releasing some of those prostate fluid. I didn't even need the regular lube after that. But I can only speak from my own experience. YMMV.

Honestly, if you do need lube, you're in good company. Cis women also only fully lubricate in the vaginal canal; it's possible to move some of that up to the clit, but there's no guarantees any woman would have "enough" for that sort of thing. There's usually a tiny bit of moisture around the clit, but not anything like the vagina can produce, and it's consistent/constant rather than at arousal.
With that said, yes, it's possible. I even self-lubricate enough for penetration with toys (I've also never been with a man), and as it happens, Brassard actually does use a bit of urethral mucosa around the clit to mimic a cis woman's clitoral hood. So for me it's always slightly moist there, though again, there are no guarantees about how any given body will respond. Some post-op women get very wet, and some are nearly "Sahara."

OK here I go: Umm...spit works for lube, yeah learned that first hand. I assume it can't be all that dry up in there. Still would prefer lube but apparently it's never handy. Perhaps it's time to carry some in my 'mom purse'. I dilate with coconut oil.

I'm always deliciously moist. I can't tell the difference internally between my VJ and any of the various cis women I explored.
The bad news: (1) YMMV, and (2) No one seems to want to get near mine, fluid or otherwise.

It really depends on the techinque your surgeon uses. My surgeon used a part of the urethra attached to my vaginalcanal for getting wet when aroused. And i can say it works quite good - I can never masturbate without laying in a lake afterwards.
From what i have seen Chettawut-girls should be also possible to self-lubrivate:
"The vagina from SRS with skin graft can be potentially self-lubricated by the remnant para-urethral glands and intact Cowper's gland."
But as many of 'our' issues - it depends on the individuum i think!

-some poeple use coconut oil a few months after srs, its not as likely to dry up.
If necessary use non latex condoms then.
-there might be a very slippery substance coming from the urethra, don't hold in if you feel like it.
using the toilet beforehand might help feeling that its not p coming out.
Some Cis women also have to learn to let go.
hugs

I'm curious who was your surgeon, Dr. Schrögendorfer?

Just curious, would you mind if I asked who did your surgery? Thx!
