Title: shoulder blades + binder

I have spent the last three months on summer holiday, so I've sat up straight to get rid of the curve in my back from slouching all year. Anyhow, now I have noticed that when I wear a binder, my shoulder blades stick out a lot, and so the binder stretches over them, making it look like I had a curve in my back >:I.
any solutions? The curve isnt bad, but it looks weird.

I'm not able to, describing more detail, my shoulder blades stick out a lot from my back, like everyone else in my family, when i wear a binder, the binder stretches over the shoulder blades, so there's a lump shape in my back, which is the binder material stretching between the blades
