And my entire epididymis?

Completely serious question, for the record.

Basically, I want guaranteed permanent sterility and I also dislike both my vas deferens and my epididymis. :(

Which surgeon are you going to?

When your surgeon removes your testicles, I can guarantee that you'll be sterile. No testicles, no sperm production. As for everything else, I'm afraid I can't answer that as I'm not familiar with the entire procedure. Have you asked your surgeon these questions?

I don't know yet. After all, I am first focused on getting a therapist letter or two for this (as well as focused on completing my university studies). Indeed, I would rather take my time with this than to immediately go to Dr. Arnkoff due to the fact that I want to increase the odds that my insurance company will pay for my post-orchiectomy HRT (whichever one I will decide to take, but hopefully estrogen).

Frankly, considering that a part of the vas deferens (that long, pesky tube :() can grow back after it is removed, I certainly don't want to take any chances with my testicles in regards to this. :( Seriously; after all, the human body's ability to heal is extremely amazing! :(

Also, how much additional money do you think that it will cost me to have a doctor do this?

Any thoughts on this?

I'm no doctor, but believe me.  Your testicles aren't going to regenerate from your vas deferens.  When testicles are gone, they are gone!

I wish that I could believe you, but frankly, it would certainly be nice to be more sure about this. After all, the vas deferens has unfortunately already grown back numerous times by now! :(

Okay!  Fair enough!  I'm not a doctor.  So go ahead and ask a doctor.  Will that convince you?

Once your testicles are removed, I absolutely guarantee they won't ever grow back. I'm not a doctor but that's a medical fact. Check it out yourself.

True. I had my fruits plucked in 2010 and they have not grown back.

Well, most men's vas deferens likewise doesn't grow back if a part of it is removed, but this certainly (and unfortunately) doesn't mean that such regrowth is impossible. :(

The only way you'll know is to ask the surgeon you're going to. Obviously, one doctor can't speak for another, and we can't speak for any doctors. Post any updates you get so someone else can benefit from the information.

The epididymus is part of the testicles and gets thrown away with the testicles.

The Vas Deferens goes from the testicle up through the body and joins near the bladder/prostate junction deep inside the body. To remove the complete Vas Deferens would be more invasive than GRS as they would have to open you up to get to it. It is certainly too invasive for an orchi.

They will remove the Vas Deferens at its lower part. Since you will have no testicles there will be no sperm and on the remote possibility that sperm might be in the Vas Deferens remember that sperm dies very quickly, ususally within five days of being produced in the testes which is why testes have to  permanently produce sperm.

 I am a shaman and heal myself incredably fast and had Orchi and no testicals or sperm have ever grown back. But serious injury filled the sack with fluid taking months to go back down.  The Dr will wrap it tight so fluid does not fill the space while you heal. I was walking carfully the next day because i was in a hotel room with no money and had to beg for food. and search trash cans in Honolulu Hi.
   You will forever not have any sperm and your testicals will not grow back. if you break your pelvis it will refill the sack though as mine filled like a baseball. I told the dr to drain it but they left me and let it go away on its own. I was pissed off though. They could have drained it . its just plasma.

As for regeneration of any testicles, unless you have some reptilian/amphibian DNA in you the chances are absolutely 0. You have better odds of winning 3 huge lotteries in a  row.

If you don't believe me, ask anyone on here or go online and do some research on your own or even better, ask your doctor these questions. They won't lie to you.

A doctor can occasionally be misinformed, though. :(

With all due respect, Futurist, how many times will you pose the same question and get the same answer from everyone?  If you don't accept what everyone here is telling you, okay!  Then do your own research and see if you can find any medical reports of spontaneous regeneration of testicles.  Or ask your doctor.

Sperm dies in 5 days. That is it. That is how long they live.

The Vas Deferens is just a tube. Nothing in it produces sperm. People keep telling you this.

No testes = no sperm

What is so hard to believe about that?

Futurist please contact your medical people in regards to orchidectomy questions.
