I saw that a little while back and found it uplifting. Some days, though, when I'm feeling my age and a bit more, it feels like a race... with death!

Kind of like the cartoon says, you have to try to be happy with where you are now at each stage.

Ageing is simple to deal with.

Stand one step further away from your mirror every year......the increased distance + fading eyesight works wonders :)
