Title: Kinda of sketched out by the sperm bank I used, should I consider other options?

I already paid for and used NECC for sperm banking but after visiting their office and seeing negative reviews (albiet just their IVF services) Should I stop HRT and considering saving to go somewhere else? Ultimately how often are there mistakes with banking and I am just being paranoid. Thanks for the help!
