Sorry i've not introduced myself on the forums but I will very soon, I'm in the process of making the big step of telling my friends and family how i'm a girl trapped in a boys body, but I wanted to know a few things about the surgery i will be getting.
I was wondering if anyone knew how much the surgery costs to get breasts implanted and libo suction around the stomach area to get rid of the manly belly and make it nice and flat? I would just like to know the rough price range for this done by private companies.

3k for fat give or take. BA Ms grs are covered by nhs normally. You will need money for hair removal too.
