Title: Lovely day by the pool

It's finally summer in Sydney and Thursday was a real corker at about 39 Celsius (102F). A friend of mine has a private pool so I spent the morning at her place swimming (paddling/floating) and lounging around pool side. She has a few trees around so there was shade up until noon, that midday/afternoon sun will burn your hide off in five minutes flat. Didn't think to take any pics, sorry!
I had a really fun time, made me realise how much I enjoy being in the water although I'm not much of a swimmer I enjoy floating about.
And I'm starting to feel very comfortable presenting in a one piece swimming costume, I can tuck well enough that there's no issue with a tight, wet, lycra cossie. There is a public swimming pool not far from where I work... do I dare go for a dip? I'd love to take advantage of the weather which will probably last until late March but my experience with that gym last year has left me somewhat hesitant...

Sounds awesome tho. I really hope I am able to do so this year; I miss the water and swimming
