Put this in the wrong place first - just moved it
Hi hi
I had surgery with Mr Bellringer 7 weeks ago. Surgery went well. Dilation hurt for the first week, but is now 100% fine, all the sutures have closed well, no infection etc. i have had wonderful orgasm's already.
A couple of q's though. My large dilator is 30mm, and 8 inches long. It goes all the way in, all the way, so depth is good. Would there be much to gain by increasing dilator size to 35 or 40mm? Does this make a difference with men you have had sex with anyone? Is 30mm too small - or just right? I guess it depends on the man, but, i just want to be sure things will be ok if i go there..
Another question, my labia minora are small (unless you really poke around down there), and my labia majora are quite puffy and obscure them. Will much puffyness go down after 7 weeks? I am curious about the healing and if this is what my new bits look like now, or if i still have mich healing to go? I am not to bothered either way, but i do notice myself obcessivley photographing myself so that i can look and see how healing is going lol!
But yeah, i had a great experience with Mr Bellringer (I think Tina Rasheed also helped on the surgery) Thoroughly recommend them. Only uncomfortable bit was the first week dilating. Also the skin on my perenium where the stitches went opened up a bit, but i kept it obcessivley clean and it has healed nicely. Looking at pictures on the web, i seem to have healed really well in comparison - 0 signs of infection etc.
But yeah! Thoughts/comments appreciated girls!!!

Thank you so much Claudia!
I am super happy :) the surgeon told me that many experience a blue patch post surgery. This didn't happen with me at all! (So far, fingers crossed lol!!!) the only bit that really sucked was the first week dilating.
Hugs all around! I am over the freaking moon!

Congrats on surgery, so you have 8 inches depth? that's fairly amazing, it's been discussed in other threads you probably want a 38-40mm dilator if you want to be having intercourse, some less endowed folk might be ok with 30mm.
usually 3 months is a good starting point to see how it;s going to end up looking. Though swelling can take up to 12 months to resolve. Small labia minora is pretty much how it goes with srs. Even with dr suporn who is reknown for it, they are pretty tiny compare to a lot of cis.

Thanks Serenation. I was suprised at the depth, but it kinda depends on how you measure it i guess. When i lie with my legs strait out, the dilator is in 100%, if i put my feet up by my bum and bend my knees an inch sticks out. Also, my outer labia may still be swollen. It certainly feels as if the depth will be fine though. I have a 40mm toy that does fit in, but it feels quite tight. I guess toys and dilators are different to an actual penis though as they have a little more give? And the skin on the penis can make it easier? I don't know.
The surgeon said i can go up a size if i want. I wonder though if a boy might like things being firm down there? Is it hard to increase the diameter later - as and when needed do you think? They did tell me the most important thing is to keep the depth with the dilations in the first 10 weeks as that is hard and requires expensive surgery to increase.

I went to Thomas. Pretty much the same. I can take the whole dilator. Yes, get another one. You can get one on the nhs from the GP. Ask for the viginismus dilator set. It's a good surface. You will stop photographing after a bit. I am 5 months po and I think the swelling has just about gone.

Thanks Kira. Appreciate the feedback. I have ordered some phoenix surgical dilators - 35mm and 40mm. I tell you, if big brother is monitoring my phone, they are getting an eye full lol! Delete delete delete!
I like the ohoenix dilators I got - easy to clean and durable. I mean, the perspex is a bit unforgiving, but - only another three weeks of 3 times per day.
I was blown away with how good Mr Bellringer is. And a lovely lovely man too. Answered all my emails personally, and totally honestly. I was a little scared after the first appointment where he was serious surgeon like and telling me how many complications he has had. He relaxed after surgery though. A total gentleman.

Think you generally measure from where it enters the vagina, theres about half inch for difference between where labia goes to on dilator to the entry point, sound like you got a good 6-7 inches though, now keep it that way :)

Hiya, Congratulations on your successful outcome.
Mr B worked his magic on me too, about 18 months ago, and I used the 35mm dilator from a couple of months onwards. I remember it was a bit daunting the first time but it was fine. I don't know whether or not it is due to the dilator but sex has never been painful. Oh, and no lube needed either! I felt that it was a good 6 months before the swelling had gone completely.
I agree that he is such a lovely man, and the hospital is very pleasant too.
Best wishes for a continued strong recovery.

Awesome to read good experiences from UK surgeons. They are better surgeons than some people seem to give them credit for!
I'm recovering at hospital from my surgery with Thomas things are going well so far. I did meet Bellringer in person too but the ease of coming into and out of the city without hitting tons of traffic compared to Wimbledon and London in general helped me decide to go for Thomas. I hope I got some good depth too. Crossed fingers! 🐾🐾😴

It's so pleasant at Brighton hospital, I could see the sea from my room! Is Dawn the night nurse looking after you? She was so lovely to me. You are in good hands. Good luck with your recovery!
