One more mishap on the road to discovery. I recently ordered breast forms from a prominent supplier. They were very quick to turn the order around. I had used my PO Box thinking it was safer than having my purchases sent to the house. I inadvertently put my daughters name on the shipping order, but I did have my PO listed properly. Lo and behold they sent the order via UPS. Instead of calling the numbers listed on the order they looked up my daughters address and delivered them to her. After much amusement and picture taking, she asked what to do with them and who would do such a thing. All I could say is I don't know. Then I told her I had lots of free time and I would mail them back for her,and brought them home. Back in my hands, I tried them on and wow!! What a difference.

Hi Dawn,
I know how you feel. When I was on a buying surge, I was using my work address for sending items to.
Once I had ordered several items I had that horrible feeling as 16 other people could of inwards the packages before I could get them. I had to make sure I was around for the couriers but still had some awkward questions. When the box with the breastforms arrived my wife was the one to accept the package and she asked what it was. I had already come out to her but was not ready to let her know what I was buying so I just looked at her and said "are you sure you want to know" she looked at me and said no.
Living this life underground certainly makes mail order anxious but interesting.
You certainly dodged a bullet, but are you sure that she does not suspect a thing?

I've order a wig and breast forms once. I was so tense waiting for them to arrive. Both th anticipation of their arrival, and the fear of not being the person to get to them before anyone decided to open them left me a wreck for about a week lol. My fears didn't come true as I was lucky enough to be the only person home when they arrived.
Great story. I think you handled it well.

Oh wow, that was certainly a close call and nerve wracking! Glad it turned out well.
I've bought hosiery online for years from this excellent site in Canada. Shipping is pretty fast too and one of their shipping methods is tracked and requires a signature. I had to stop by the post office to sign and pickup my package one time. On the customs declaration its clearly says 'Hosiery'. Needless to say I got a funny look from the guy at the post office. I just looked him right in the eye until he shrugged and I left with my package of lovely European hosiery :)
