...hair removal, when it is necessary for SRS. I just got done talking with my "benefits coordinator", who also said this is effective 1 March 2016, so keep your receipts on or after that date because they will reimburse you.
I don't know if this is nationwide, and they are "still working out the details", so if you want to know more, your coordinator would be the one to call.

FYI, I got my approval letter from Group Health authorizing hair removal (laser or electrolysis) as preparation for SRS! 20 "sessions" between May and end of August...
