Parliament never had it in their intention in 1955 with the passing of the Marriage Act that it be for 'transgender' couples. But is it? 'Yes'.
Today, post-moderalism confirms that social contexts are brought out (when needed) to interpret statute, but when we don't want to interpret it as so, WE DON'T. Such as in the case of Quilter.
