I recently bought 2 on sale with paint prosthetics from freetom, but reading through lots of posts I see lots of complaints about them not shipping out. Should I be worried? I purchased with my debit card. Should I open a dispute now? :(

Welcome to Susan's Place. I have heard of issues as well but I am not up to date on what if any action you should take. The guys spend a large amount of time in the FTM area so one of the should provide you with an answer shortly..

Depends a bit if you expected to have them in by now. If so, make sure you try to contact Freetom yourself first (most companies prefer it if you try and work it out without them. There's a good chance they won't respond after which you can still open that dispute.
All in all, things are getting a lot worse with Freetom lately. For no apparent reason (or message explaining why) they've stopped shipping to other countries than the US alltogether. And they are horrible at responding to e-mails (aka usually nonresponsive).

There is another thread open right now where one fellow just got an email from them saying 'sorry for the delay, we had people stealing internally from the company but it's been sorted yada yada' so if that's true then maybe they will be improving their shipping times. It could just be another excuse, but you might want to talk to the guy in that conversation to find out if he has received his. It's a shame they are presenting themselves so poorly because their product looks excellent.

Im not saying they dont ship, cause they do, but the timing is horrendous. On top of that theres a 50/50 chance youll get the right product in the right color, and an even lesser chance that itll be without flaw.

I wish there could just be a legitimate company out there that sells great prosthetics... Reelmajik is quite pricey and peecock is unrealistic. Any suggestions guys ? :( ???
