Title: Started Hormones in March
Post by: ThatGirl2147 on March 12, 2016, 09:44:46 AM
So, I'm on hormones now. I started the 10th of March. I'm really happy about that, but I'd like to know, what should I expect to happen to me and what is the estimated time on stuff happening? I've heard the first two months or so is where bugger all happens, but then it takes off after that. What have y'all experienced with it? I'm 20 years old, by the way, if that makes any kind of difference.

Thanks. That told me a little.

First should be mental changes ...
possible is a feeling of relief ...

body changes depend...

time will pass quickly anyways ...
after some time its possible some blood values are taken ... so you could read up a few threads on that then ...
and you can look forward to budding breasts ...
be careful not to bump into doors and frames then ...

*hugs*

I've noticed different changes compared to other timelines.  I would say the facial distribution was the first and most prominent, but I am not sure if this is from the HRT or working out and healthier nutrition (the more skinny looking face)...  or maybe a combination of both.

I'm not sure about the "taking off" part.  In my head, I believe so, but my measurements suggest otherwise.  I wouldn't want you to expect anything to "take off".  It's a process that takes time, and our expectations might unnecessarily disappoint us.

Well, I have no real expectations at this point, considering I have no idea WHAT to expect. That's why I'm asking.
