I am looking for a SRS surgeon, my preference is for someone from our western world. I live in Brazil so someone from Latin America is prefereable, just for being closer to home. Although I can go all the way up to Canada or Europe if needed be.
I heard good things about Marci Bowers and Brassard, can anyone tell me more about them?
Anyone knows about someone that would be closer to my country?

Hello,
here was a thread on surgeons:
https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/topic,193067.msg1721458.html#msg1721458
You might think about Brassard...
he has about 5 months waiting time.
With the can $ where it is its about 14.5 k usd.
He seems to have streamlined his process for reliability, not for maximum performance, and not too much risk.
He usually produces a rim look with a tidy vagina. There are a few pictures of results, according to people they are still the same now.
For depth he may use additionally skin grafts.
Only letdown with him might be some hairs in the vagina, which happened to a few clients.
Some people used sticks to open the vagina, and worked with an electrologist.
here were further general hints :

well maybe think about it all a few days... and book a consultation with a surgeon ...
another possibility might be a mexican doctor who had training with a us surgeon .. he is about 10k usd ... but he might be still gaining experience ..

I went to Brassard, and I have a detailed review reposted a few times in my post history; the short version is that I'm 100% satisfied, good depth, fantastic aesthetics, self-lubricate, and fully orgasmic.

I had Dr. Christine McGinn do my surgery. She works out of New Hope, Pennsylvania, about an hour from Philadelphia and her clinic is the Papillon Center.
I was impressed with her medical training and feedback from others and was on a "short list" of surgeons from one of my health centers. It did say that just because a surgeon was on the list, that it was not an endorsement of them.
I was very happy with the way everything was handled and found her to be an excellent surgeon and a very nice person overall. If you want "hand holding" then she isn't the one you are looking for, but if you want, in my opinion, quality work and excellent after care then she's the one.
PM me if you want specifics but if I ever had to do it again, I'd choose Dr. McGinn.
The best surgeon though is the one you choose and the one you have confidence in.
Best wishes,
Clare.

Thanks everyone for replying. Going through this process on your own is really tough. The market seens inescrutable and with so many surgeons,I often feel lost about what to do.
I am going to PM each of your for specifics, if its fine.
Thanks!
