" Closer to home, U.S. Rep. Barney Frank, a gay congressman from our own state, has made enemies of groups who would normally be numbered among his staunchest allies. Frank is working to pass a measure that would protect gay men and lesbians in the workplace, but gay rights groups are mad as hell at one of the best friends they've ever had on Capitol Hill. Their beef? Frank won't include "gender identity" in the Employment Non-Discrimination Act.

These are just two of the most recent examples of fringe elements on the left trying to assert control over the Democratic Party, which holds majorities in both houses of Congress. "

When not being discriminated in the work place is a fringe element of the democratic party, I know I'm in the wrong democratic party.
