"At Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette, we believe that all people deserve the highest quality of affordable, nonjudgmental health care no matter who they are and where they live — no matter what — and that's what we provide each and every day. Our doors are open to everyone regardless of their race, income, geography, citizenship status or gender identity."

I finally bit the bullet and called the Planned Parenthood nearest to me to see if they could offer me help. Even though I am post op more than 25 years, they can't. They did refer me to another PP facility that is over three hours away. They were very nice.
I really want to find someone closer. I really can't do regular appointments if I have to drive more than an hour each way to get there. I'm not looking to change my body. I just want to be healthy and seeing my doctor frequently is important to me.

There are some facilities who work together with local doctors and instruct them what to do.
Some kind of cooperation.
So seeing them once and then working with a local doctor could be a possibility.
Another possibility would be to look up transgender places in your vicinity and ask there.

Just replace Oregon with your place ...

Well, that link took me to another set of links which led to another set of links which finally got me to a site where I can look for transgender issues within a couple of hundred miles of where I live. Most are just therapists and LCSWs but I sent out about 20 emails through the site. In each email asked if they could provide a referral to an interest, OBGYN or, endocrinologist who might help. Hopefully, someone will respond. This is the most positive move forward in my 'luck' I've had for some time. I am just too patient of a patient. I need to be more active in getting second opinions.
