Hello :)
My nose is long and bulbous, and that's bothers me a lot. Have any of you noticed any nose reduction along the HRT? I realized that the bones of my nose are not as huge, the bulge is formed mainly of cartilage. Any hope?

As far as I know the nose doesn't really change on HRT =(

You will get some fat distribution on your face though, which could frame your nose in a different light. I have heard of some people who have had some success with the nose changing but there doesn't seem to be any concrete evidence to it.

I havent started the HRT yet... Don't mind my face and messy hair I just woke up.

My nose is really huge and draw attention... I'll never be able to pass until my nose get thinner =(
Does anyone know any method for my nose look smaller without surgery?

It possible to use dark and light makeup to shade your nose and make it a bit less noticeable but on the other hand, your nose isn't that much of an issue and your face is pretty feminine as it it. I suspect when you are on HRT the facial fat will bring your nose into balance with the rest of your face and it will be less of an issue for you.

There is no such thing as normal, we are all different. You shouldn't be afraid of passing because your starting point is far better than mine. Hormones don't make major changes to the face but they can be very noticeable. In your case, you are not that far from passing now without makeup or much done to your hair. You chin is weak, you face is nicely shaped, your skin is clear and it appears that T hasn't changed your face much from it's pre puberty look. Sit back and enjoy the ride because it's going to be a good one.

If your bone structure is small but it's the bulbous cartilage at the tip ...then there is a simple surgery performed, as an outpatient that removes the cartilage. But you look fine as you are .

well I dunno what's supposed to be or not, but no doubt my nose is not as wide, not as big as it was just 5 months ago when I started HRT, I see it clearly, it's more gracious now, but the changes are very subtle and I don't think others noticed, many other changes too, my lips, all very subtle but I see them.

Normal women have all types of noses.

What I meant by "normal woman" is that I want to have a simple and peaceful life as a woman, without people laughing at me or treating me like a freak.

If people laugh at you or treat you like a freak, who is really the freak? Be a light onto yourself and onto the world. Be you, regardless. Those people who are good, have a pure and loving soul, will embrace you. Caring about the rest is a waste of time.

You as you, are great, wonderful. Realize this and the fact that cruelty comes from those who are scared of themselves. Be the stronger one, the one that inspires others. You will thank yourself and the world will thank you for being a better place thanks to you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with YOU, the real YOU.

Mine shrunk a bunch from all the years of HRT. It's pretty shocking how much it got smaller looking back at pictures and videos of myself from years past. I'll post "before" pics one of these days. I got FFS because there was no way my dorsal nose hump would go away by itself.

Plastic surgeons can do wonders.....for men & women & mtF women....

Mine thinned out from the skin getting thinner. To the point where a pre existing skin cancer became more noticeable. Subsequently I had it removed last week and ended up with an unwanted nose job. ... Now waiting to see how that pans out.

Honestly face wise you pass with flying colors to me, maybe a bit longer hair I don't know but I'm really surprised that you are so worried about your face, you look very feminine
