What should i expect? I mean they know why i am xoming so do i need to do anything besides just being on time?

Just be on time and be prepared to answer questions about your health, health history and family health history. They will most likely take your BP, heart rate, weight, height, examine "downstairs" plus any possible pre-existing breast growth (so be prepared for that one!) and request blood tests. Good luck!
