I have been thinking about a couple things
top surgery being apart of my thoughts iv'e been not confused but worried about making the correct choice
all i really understand is i want my chest to be flat i'm between do i want it to be like when i was a kid and nothing there or do i want more that male looking chest. I remember when i was younger before everything developed i loved running around shirtless and i miss that feeling if i could rewind time just to do it again i would. And at the same time i'm super scared of removing anything its this doubt of what if i am wrong, however with this doubt its the only doubt i KNOW i'm not wrong with but it hasn't gone away.
I have a couple questions i'm going to try putting into one post. And one question is when they re position the nipple placement do you still have feelings inside the nipples like you did before or is it different?
And i guess the second thing would be is the doubts something that stays with people i feel like with knowing what i wan't it shouldn't be there.....then there is things like i'm really scared for someone to cut into my body i'm even more scared of that because i don't know if me having neuropathy in my body is going to effect anything. There is so much i question about this and yes iv'e looked into it iv'e seen pictures but i don't like to look into it because i freak myself out it actually starts to scare me. So its better i stick to text. Another thing that is big for me is i feel like i should be more happy about this being possible but i'm calm and whatever about it besides the fact the idea someone cutting into me can scare me.

As far as sensation goes, it will depend what technique is used. To preserve sensation, you would need to chose a technique that preserves the nipple stalk, so the T-anchor or peri technique would be your best bet for that. I had double incision and I have full feeling everywhere on my chest except the nipple.
You would have to talk to a surgeon if you have any kind of pre-existing condition like neuropathy. They would be best able to answer your questions as to how it would relate to the procedure.
And as far as completely flat vs. a more male looking chest - unless you've been really working out your chest, you will come out of this surgery completely flat. They can't sculpt the chest to look more male if you don't have the pectoral muscles to do it.
