Title: Hormones, HRT and Chest Pains!
Post by: Dale74 on April 18, 2016, 09:24:59 PM
Okay, I have been wishes this away. But I know now I need to see Dr. I have been on HRT for over 2 months. And on occasion, usually coming out of the shower. I begin to feel naseau, followed by a lump in my throat which moves down to my chest and I profusely sweat. Takes about 10 mins to subside. Today was the worst one and was the first time I had 2 episodes in the same day. Going to Dr first thing. Any thoughts?

You need to talk to your doctor about this but if I were to guess, morning sickness. Some of us have it when we first start HRT and your dosage may need to be adjusted until your body adjust to HRT. I have never had it but the nausea is what makes me think this.

Well I was warned on several occasions, to quit smoking . While I have cut back I have defiantly have run into complications. So I have been having chest pains and profusely sweating on several occasions. And yesterday by far was the worst one. So this morning I rushed to my Doctor's office. Well they did an EKG which was clear. So in a few days I will goto have a CT scan of my chest to make sure no Clots. Then I have to go see a Cardiologist and have a stress test. While promising The Doctor I will quit smoking. So until all that comes back clear I will stop taking my Estrodial . So like the title suggests. I told ya so, just doesn't cut it!! I'm listening now!
