Hi

Welcome to Susan's  :)  Great to have you here - looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

Sorry, I had to delete most of your post because you are discussing self-medication which is not allowed under the rules of this forum. I can understand the desire and desperate need to get on HRT but please believe that it is potentially very dangerous.

Using both control pills is actually somewhat dangerous, although common in some places.

It's in the site's FAQ.
https://www.susans.org/wiki/Ethinylestradiol

I spoke to my endocrinologist last week and he said he's seen many cases of people having problems because of it.

There's much better forms of estrogen available.

YES. Bio-identical estradiol is safer. There are better alternatives out there.

In the United States, it's possible to purchase a 90 day transition dose for between 20 and 30 american dollars. From what I understand, India has even lower drug prices because they violate intellectual rights agreements and lower labor costs so I would expect the prices you pay would be even lower for a safer medication.

Depending on the pill, many birth control pills are low estrogen so they may not be as effective as the doctor prescribed medication.
