You might ask Suporn if that is still their policy.
Tbh the surgery with Suporn has a long healing time, some even say over 6 months, and a possible painful dynamic dilation.
Also some people reported issues with erectile tissue.

I think pretty much all Dr who perform SRS wants you to have HIV tests. Some might be ok to operate on you, some might not be ok due to the fear of further complications from the surgery.

Only one that does not touch hiv patients is supporn the rest does with a 13% increase
