Has anyone ever felt so frustrated with life and transgender stuff that you feel like actually screaming?
And if so then what did you do to cope with those feelings?
If i could give it one emotion it would be anger

Been there done that. At the time I would have given it probably the same emotion of Anger. Here is the thing, you need to focus on those things that you can fix and work on. During my first transition, I spent my time concerned about things in the end I couldn't do change. At the time I didn't do anything about those feelings. This time around I focused my effort on moving forward and dealing with things I had control over to keep my mind off of it. I also did things I enjoy doing because that helps too. Hugs

I'd love to do something i enjoy doing but its a couple months before i get that chance to even slightly feel free to do something about my life other then sit inside a bedroom. So i don't know what to do....until then.
I can go work at a classroom in a school but that'll only add stress.

What about drawing, coloring, writing, or maybe even reading. I know for me reading helped a lot at one point. Hugs

When life gets to much I go for a ride and scream and get it all out, once I do that I feel better..
