I hope this isn't a bizarre question.... So after GCS, say six months later and on, how does it physically feel-does it feel like a body part that you were born with or something that you are aware of being physically different?

At 6 months down the road, nerves were still busy reconnecting and I would feel the need to scratch something that wasn't where it was.
For me there was one thing that took a long time to figure out. Because I was not aware of the details of my surgery, I was unaware that a primitive clitoris was constructed that was sexually sensitive but it took about 32 years for me to find. I never explored much down there but once I saw a surgical report, I knew what to look for. I had fear I was losing the ability to be sexually simulated but as old as my surgery is, everything is there.
Over a much longer period of time because much of what was there was relocated, it feels pretty natural. Yes old memories still remember what it was like before but it doesn't feel wrong or out of place.

How does it feel?
You soon forget that you ever lived with something else down there.

It feels perfectly normal. If I try to think about having a penis, it's a lot like my cis girlfriends imagining it - I can't remember what it *felt* like. :)
By six months things were mostly healed up and it felt like part of me; by now, a few years later, it's just another body part.

Thanks for the replies-it's good to hear that it feels natural.
