Title: Question about binder pain
Post by: Midnightstar on May 14, 2016, 02:40:08 PM
Iv'e had my binder for about one year this is going into the second year and iv'e noticed at the start my binder never
hurt me and was actually fine (unless going over 3 hours) just felt like a tighter shirt. And then going into the second year it become more uncomfortable the less time wearing it even. And i'm wondering if its common to not actually feel anything the first year and for the longer you wear it for it to start giving you more trouble?
My binder is the correct size from what i understand and it's only a year old.

I'm experiencing the same thing - I've been binding 2 years now and have been in a significant amount more pain recently.

Not sure why, but it is unlikely to be anything severe. Just make sure to cut down the amount of time you bind as much as possible.

Yea, i have been iv'e cut down a lot but i can't cut down anymore then i basically have or else i'll feel uncomfortable.
But yea iv'e found it interesting because at the start this pain never really happened unless going over a couple hours. I wonder if it has something to do with it increasing over time more then right when you get a binder.
